How is OASIS priced?

OASIS is priced per named user and scales for organisations of all sizes. Our annual fees cover online hosting, support line contact and ongoing product enhancement.

How easy is it to run reports?

The system provides extensive reporting as standard with a set- of comprehensive standard reports. Additionally, users can create their own reports using powerful and easy to use searches and save the results. Reports can be produced in Word, Excel or PDF format. Additionally, raw data exports are available.

How long does it take to get up and running live?

We have a proven methodology and process to make the on boarding and implementation process as simple and pain free as possible. Just ask our customers!

What about hardware?

OASIS requires no special hardware to be installed within your organisation. It’s a secure, online web hosted solution that requires only internet connection.

Who provides the training?

With the experience of many years of implementing our experienced staff provide training on a classroom basis to ensure that support workers and managers get the maximum benefit from the system.

For OASIS OT, The Women’s Aid Federation of England offer training on the On Track programme and OASIS OT depending on your preference.

Can the system be customised and tailored for my services?

OASIS is highly configurable and can be customised and tailored for the needs of your individual service to capture and report on the information that you need. Additionally, we provide inbuilt tools your own outcome and evaluations monitoring.

How is the system supported?

A dedicated support team is available to support you by email or telephone. We know the software and have years of supporting our customers. Just ask them!

Which web browsers are supported?

All major browsers are supported including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari.

Can I access OASIS outside the office?

Yes. OASIS can be accessed via the internet from any authorised location. Additionally, we provide 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) to text an access authorisation code to your mobile when working remotely.

Can I use mobile devices to access OASIS?

You can access OASIS using any internet enabled device.

Is the system available 24/7, 365 days a year?

OASIS is available anytime. We do have to carry out pre-scheduled routine maintenance from time to time and we advise you of this on the Dashboard. Additionally, an online system status is available to you.

Where is my data held and how secure is it?

OASIS is hosted at the premier hosting centre in the UK at Rackspace in London. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and backed up regularly. The internal infrastructure is PEN (Penetration) tested and regular application security tests and audits are performed. Additionally, the system has been approved for "Official Sensitive" classified information.
