The On Track module was developed through a partnership between IT Works and Women's Aid Federation of England to support domestic abuse services in measuring outcomes, evidencing impact and strengthening service delivery.

Available exclusively within OASIS, the On Track module provides access to Women's Aid's established outcomes measurement framework, standardised tools and national reporting programme.

What is On Track?

On Track combines case management and Women's Aid's outcomes measurement framework within a single system, helping domestic abuse services across England collect meaningful data as part of everyday casework.

When enabled within OASIS, the On Track module adds a range of specialist outcomes measurement tools, forms and reporting features designed specifically for the domestic abuse sector. The programme supports services to demonstrate the difference their work makes while reducing duplication and administrative burden.

Women's Aid Outcomes Measurement Tools

Domestic abuse services in England using OASIS can choose to enable the On Track module and access Women's Aid's outcomes measurement framework and associated tools.

Features include:

  • On Track Exit Assessment

  • Personal Outcomes and Wellbeing Records (POWeR) for adults

  • Personal Outcomes and Wellbeing Records (POWeR) for children and young people

  • Abuse Profile assessments

  • Negative Capture Forms

  • Client feedback tools

  • Additional outcome-focused data collection fields throughout OASIS

These tools help services consistently measure client outcomes, wellbeing, safety and service impact while supporting local reporting and evaluation requirements.

Demonstrate Outcomes and Impact

On Track was developed specifically to help domestic abuse services collect, analyse and use data more effectively.

  • Measure client outcomes and progress

  • Evidence impact to funders and commissioners

  • Improve data quality and consistency

  • Generate reports quickly and easily

  • Monitor service performance

  • Identify trends and emerging needs

  • Strengthen evaluation and continuous improvement activities

Built-in reporting tools allow organisations to transform data into meaningful evidence that supports funding, commissioning and service development.

Team Meeting Collaboration

Contribute to England's Largest Domestic Abuse Dataset

Services using OASIS with the On Track module can choose to contribute anonymised data automatically to Women's Aid's national On Track dataset.

Where organisations and service users consent, anonymised information contributes to a secure national evidence base that helps inform research, policy, commissioning and sector development. The On Track dataset is recognised as England's largest dataset on the experiences of survivors accessing domestic abuse services.

Participation helps strengthen understanding of survivor experiences, support needs and service outcomes across the domestic abuse sector.

Training and Support

Organisations using OASIS with the On Track module benefit from support provided by both IT Works and Women's Aid Federation of England.

Users have access to:

  • OASIS implementation and technical support

  • Women's Aid On Track guidance and resources

  • Outcomes measurement training

  • Reporting and data skills development

  • Ongoing learning opportunities and workshops

Together, IT Works and Women's Aid help services maximise the value of their case management and outcomes data.
